Telangana Rains: Orange Alert for 13 Districts, IMD Issues Heavy Rainfall Warning

The Hyderabad Meteorological Centre has issued a fresh warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall across Telangana for the next two days — today and tomorrow.

According to the latest bulletin, heavy rains are expected in 13 districts including Bhadradri Kothagudem, Hanumakonda, Jagtial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Mulugu, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Peddapalli, Rajanna Sircilla, and Warangal. Residents in these regions are advised to remain cautious.

Light to moderate showers are likely in other districts. Officials have urged people in low-lying areas to take necessary precautions as heavy rainfall may cause waterlogging and local disruptions.
