Salary Hike for Teaching Staff in Tribal Gurukul Schools – Official Orders Issued
The Andhra Pradesh government has announced good news for the teaching staff working on outsourcing basis in Tribal Welfare Gurukul schools. The Tribal Welfare Department Secretary has officially issued orders to increase their salaries.
This decision will benefit a total of 1,659 teaching staff working in various residential schools and colleges under Category A. The government has revised salaries for Junior Lecturers, PD (C), Librarians, and PGTs to ₹24,150, for TGTs and PD (S) to ₹19,350, and for Art, Craft, and Music teachers to ₹16,300.
This move brings great relief to the outsourcing staff who have been waiting for salary hikes for a long time. Teachers and staff expressed happiness over the government’s decision and thanked the department for recognizing their services.
