Rainfall in Telangana is not letting up. A surface circulation over the Bay of Bengal is intensifying and is likely to turn into a low-pressure system by tomorrow, bringing the possibility of heavy showers across the state next week, the Hyderabad Weather Centre stated. Over the next three days, districts including Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Suryapet, and Mahabubabad are expected to receive rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds of 30-40 km/h. The meteorological department reported heavy rainfall in some areas over the past 24 hours, with Bhadradri Kothagudem, Malkalapalli, and Nalgonda districts recording the highest rainfall.
