Due to a low-pressure system over the western Bay of Bengal, temperatures across Telangana suddenly dropped, bringing unexpected rain. On Tuesday, several districts experienced showers, and Hyderabad saw a complete change in weather by the evening.

Moderate rainfall was recorded in many parts of the city. Areas such as Secunderabad, Alwal, Lingampally, Kukatpally, Jubilee Hills, Suraram, and Borabanda witnessed evening rain.

This sudden downpour caused waterlogging on several roads, leading to inconvenience for commuters. In a few places, traffic slowed down due to the accumulation of rainwater.
