EHS Health Services Extended to AP Khadi and Village Industries Board Employees

The Andhra Pradesh government has given good news to the employees of the Khadi and Village Industries Board. From now on, these employees will continue to receive medical services under the Employees Health Scheme (EHS), just like other state government staff.

The Board’s CEO had proposed to the government that EHS benefits should be extended to all board employees and members. The state government accepted this proposal, ensuring that all eligible employees will continue receiving healthcare under EHS.

Following the approval, RP Sisodia, Special Chief Secretary of the Industries and Commerce Department, issued official instructions to implement this decision. The move has been welcomed by Khadi Board employees, who expressed happiness and gratitude towards the government.
