Hanuman Ansh, a massive box office hit in India, is gearing up for its official Telugu-dubbed release. Written, directed, and co-produced by Vishal Chaturvedi under Swambhu Media Network, the movie originally faced a slight delay from its initial schedule last month and will now hit theaters on October 9.

Renowned banner Hombale Films, known for blockbusters like KGF, Kantara, and Mahavatar Narsimha, has acquired the Telugu rights. The production house is distributing the project in the Telugu states on a refundable advance basis. Trade estimates peg the theatrical business at 5 crore rupees in Telangana and 9 crore rupees in Andhra Pradesh, backed by prominent local distributors.

While the film achieved stellar collections nationally on a modest budget, its theatrical run for the Hindi version is nearing completion. Many moviegoers in major urban centers and the Telugu states have already watched the Hindi language version prior to the official announcement of the regional dub.

Because of this prior exposure, industry circles view the theatrical bet in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana as somewhat risky. However, given the unpredictable nature of regional audience reception, industry watchers are eager to see how the release unfolds.

Serving as the first installment of a planned trilogy, the project is adapted from Vishal Chaturvedi's book Divine Detour: That Changed My Life, inspired by the life of Neem Karoli Baba. Following the massive success of the initial chapter, all eyes are now on how the franchise will progress in the upcoming days.
