Reports recently surfaced suggesting that Malayalam actress Aishwarya Lekshmi had joined the cast of Allu Arjun’s upcoming film Raaka, directed by Atlee. Some of these reports claimed that the actress was being considered for a negative role in the highly anticipated fantasy action entertainer.

Aishwarya Lekshmi has now clarified that she is not associated with Raaka. Speaking to India Today, the actress dismissed the reports and confirmed that she is not part of the film.

The actress also responded to the reports in a light-hearted manner, making a playful request to the makers of the film. Aishwarya said, “No, I am not part of the film. Somebody, please cast me in the film.”

The clarification puts an end to the speculation surrounding Aishwarya Lekshmi’s alleged involvement in the Allu Arjun and Atlee project. Her comments also showed that she took the reports in a sporting spirit while expressing her interest in being part of the film.

Raaka has already attracted attention with its reported ensemble cast. Deepika Padukone is playing the female lead, while Janvi Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna and Mrunal Thakur are also associated with the fantasy action drama in pivotal roles.

The film is being produced by Sun Pictures, with Sai Abyankkar composing the music. Allu Arjun’s collaboration with director Atlee has made Raaka one of the much-awaited projects mentioned in the reports.

For now, Aishwarya Lekshmi has made it clear that she is not part of the cast, despite the earlier reports linking her to the film and a possible negative character.
