Good news for unemployed individuals waiting for bank jobs... Union Bank has released a notification for posts with degree qualifications. Eligible candidates with a degree can apply online for these posts. The notification details the number of vacancies as follows:

Union Bank, headquartered in Mumbai, has released a notification to fill Specialist Officer posts in its branches across the country. Candidates who have completed a degree can apply online for these posts. A total of 500 vacancies will be filled under this notification. Of these, 250 positions are for Assistant Manager (Credit) and 250 positions for Assistant Manager (IT). Interested candidates can apply online until May 20, 2025.

To be eligible, candidates must have completed a relevant qualification such as B.Tech or BE, CA, CS, ICWA, MSc, ME or MTech, MBA or PGDM, MCA, PGDBM in the related field. Additionally, candidates must have at least one year of work experience. The age limit for applicants should not exceed 30 years as of April 1, 2025, with age relaxation for reserved categories. Online applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on May 20, 2025. The final selection will be based on an online written test and Group Discussion. Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹48,480 to ₹85,920 per month.

Details of the Written Test:
The written exam will consist of 150 questions for 225 marks. Part 1 includes:

Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions, 25 marks

Reasoning: 25 questions, 25 marks

English Language: 25 questions, 25 marks (Total: 75 marks)
Part 2 will focus on the Professional Knowledge of the respective posts and will be for 150 marks. The exam will be conducted over a total of 150 minutes. The Group Discussion will be worth 50 marks, with a minimum of 25 marks required to qualify.
