IDBI Bank Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: Notification for Degree Holders – Apply Online from May 8th

IDBI Bank has released a notification for the recruitment of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM) positions across its branches nationwide. The available positions are open to candidates with a degree qualification. Interested candidates can apply online starting from May 8th.

Eligibility Criteria and Application Process

The recruitment is for a total of 676 Junior Assistant Manager (Grade O) positions. Candidates applying for these positions must have completed their degree with 60% marks in the relevant field. However, SC, ST, and PwBD candidates can apply with 55% marks. Candidates must also have computer knowledge. The age limit for applicants is between 20 and 25 years as of May 1, 2025. This means that eligible candidates should be born between May 2, 2000, and May 1, 2005. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates.

Important Dates and Exam Details

Interested candidates can submit their applications online by May 20, 2025. The application fee is ₹1050 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, and ₹250 for SC, ST, and PwBD candidates. The final selection will be based on the written exam, interview, and medical test.

The written exam will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions across 4 sections, with a total of 200 marks. The sections include:

• Reasoning: 60 questions for 60 marks

• English Language: 40 questions for 40 marks

• Quantitative Aptitude: 40 questions for 40 marks

• General Awareness: 60 questions for 60 marks

The exam will be conducted for 120 minutes, and negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied for incorrect answers.
