Star director S.S. Rajamouli has shared a major update on his much-awaited global adventure film SSMB29, starring Mahesh Babu in the lead. The filmmaker revealed that the team is currently filming the climax portions of the movie and added that a special global event titled “Globe Tratter” will take place on November 15.

Rajamouli took to his X (formerly Twitter) account and wrote: “We are currently shooting the climax with the three main leads. At the same time, massive preparations are underway for the ‘Globe Tratter’ event. It’s going to be something very different from what we’ve done before. I’m sure it will be a great experience for everyone on November 15.”

Before the event, the first look of Prithviraj Sukumaran will be unveiled today, the director confirmed.

A few days ago, Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli’s light-hearted conversation on social media grabbed attention. On November 1, Mahesh posted, “November is here, Rajamouli garu!” to which Rajamouli humorously replied, “So, which film do you want me to review this month?” Mahesh responded, “The Mahabharata you’ll be filming forever, sir! You promised something this November—keep your word!”

Actress Priyanka Chopra also joined the fun banter. When Mahesh teased her about her Hyderabad posts, she responded playfully, “Hello Hero! Do you want me to leak the stories you tell on set? Once I make up my mind, I just go for it!”

Rajamouli chimed in jokingly, saying Mahesh had “spoiled the surprise.” These witty exchanges and the director’s new announcement have fueled massive excitement among fans eagerly waiting for updates on SSMB29.
