Nara Lokesh Gives Important Update on Mega DSC Deadline Extension

The Government of Andhra Pradesh plans to fill 16,347 teacher jobs through the Mega DSC recruitment. The application process ended on Thursday. The online exams will start on June 6. Many candidates have been asking for 90 days to prepare. This request has been made several times since the DSC notification was released.

In response, Nara Lokesh, the Minister for IT and Education, made an important statement. He said the YSR Congress Party even went to the Supreme Court to stop the DSC process. About the exam timeline, Nara Lokesh said, “Some people want more time, but we announced the syllabus in December last year. That means candidates already had seven months to prepare.” This shows the government is not planning to extend the exam dates.

The official schedule for Andhra Pradesh Mega DSC 2025 is:

  • Online fee payment and application: April 20 to May 15

  • Mock tests: From May 20

  • Hall ticket download: From May 30

  • Online exams: June 6 to July 6

  • Preliminary answer key: Two days after exams end

  • Objection submission: Seven days after preliminary key release

  • Final answer key: Seven days after objection window closes

  • Merit list: Seven days after final key release
