69-Feet Sri Vishwashanthi Mahashakti Ganesh Idol Ready

The famous Khairatabad Ganesh in Hyderabad is ready this year in the form of 69-feet tall Sri Vishwashanthi Mahashakti Ganapathi idol. Every year, this massive idol with grand decorations attracts lakhs of devotees from both Telugu states, making Khairatabad Ganesh a very special and unique pandal.

Netra Darshan Ceremony Performed

The final stage of idol preparation, known as the Netra Darshan (eye-opening ritual), was performed yesterday. Renowned sculptor Rajender carried out this sacred ritual by painting the eyes of Lord Ganesh. This event is considered highly significant before the “Prana Pratishtha” (idol consecration) ceremony.

Bada Ganesh Agaman Celebrations

After the Netra Darshan, the ‘Bada Ganesh Agaman’ celebration took place with great enthusiasm. Traditional drums, DJ beats, Marathi bands, and cultural performances filled the streets with festive energy. Thousands of devotees participated, while youth danced with joy, turning the entire area into a grand spiritual and cultural celebration.
