Andhra Pradesh Government Appoints New Chairpersons Across Key Institutions
After the newly formed government took charge in Andhra Pradesh, the process of appointing leaders to nominated posts has gained momentum. The state government has officially issued orders to appoint new chairpersons for several important organizations and corporations.
As part of this move, government sources confirmed that Alapati Suresh, a member of the Amaravati Joint Action Committee (JAC), has been appointed as the Chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Press Academy. Similarly, Rayapati Shailaja, also from the JAC, has been named as the Chairperson of the Andhra Pradesh Women’s Commission.
Earlier this week, the government had already completed appointments for the Andhra Pradesh State Co-operative Bank (APCOB) and several District Central Co-operative Banks (DCCBs). Now, further appointments have been made to several other important bodies:
