Natural Star Nani is reportedly set to team up with filmmaker Prem Kumar, best known for the romantic drama 96, for an upcoming Telugu film. According to the latest buzz, Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth has been finalized as the female lead in the yet-to-be-titled project.

Discussions about the film have reportedly been underway for several months, and the project has now been finalized. Producer Asian Suniel will bankroll the film, which is expected to begin shooting next year. The makers are currently working on the pre-production process ahead of the planned start of filming.

Prem Kumar has reportedly developed an emotional entertainer featuring a love story at its core. The female lead is said to have a significant role in the narrative, making the casting an important part of the project. Rukmini Vasanth has reportedly been selected for the part, although an official announcement confirming her involvement is still awaited.

The upcoming film is expected to bring together Nani's performance and Prem Kumar's emotional storytelling. However, further details about the film's title, supporting cast and other production aspects have not yet been officially announced.

Meanwhile, Nani is preparing to begin work on Bloody Romeo, his upcoming film directed by Sujeeth. The actor is scheduled to start shooting for the project in New Delhi on October 17. The makers are reportedly targeting a summer release for the film and plan to complete production through quick shooting schedules.

On the other hand, Prem Kumar has completed filming his next project featuring Fahadh Faasil. The film is scheduled to release in December this year.

If the reports about Rukmini Vasanth's casting turn out to be true, the actress will share screen space with Nani in an emotional romantic entertainer. For now, audiences will have to wait for the filmmakers to make an official announcement about the project and its cast.
