Vijay Deverakonda’s ‘Kingdom’ to Release on July 31 — Official Announcement Video Out Now

Mumbai, July 7:
The wait is over! The much-anticipated release date of Vijay Deverakonda’s upcoming movie Kingdom has finally been announced. Directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri, the film will hit theaters on July 31, 2025.

The makers released a powerful announcement video featuring Vijay in a rugged, intense look. The promo begins with him in a police uniform, and later shows him stepping into action, seemingly taking charge as a leader. The video also highlights some thrilling action scenes.

These high-octane sequences have been choreographed by three top stunt masters — Yannick Ben, Chethan D’Souza, and Real Satish.

Sharing the announcement on Instagram, Vijay wrote:
"#KINGDOM July 31st. Worldwide. Let our Destinies unfold. A @gowtam19 story that unfolds like a novel to @anirudhofficial's genius score."

The makers, Sitara Entertainments, added:
"One man. A heart full of fury. A world that pushed too far. Now it’s CARNAGE time."

Interestingly, Kingdom has already faced two postponements. It was initially scheduled for May 30, later moved to July 4, and now set for July 31. According to the production team, the delay was due to the India-Pakistan tensions following the Pahalgam terrorist attack on April 22 and Operation Sindoor.

The film also stars Bhagyashri Borse and Satyadev in key roles. Produced by Naga Vamsi S and Sai Soujanya under the Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas banners, Kingdom features music by Anirudh Ravichander and editing by Navin Nooli.
