Good news for passengers traveling between Secunderabad and Thiruvananthapuram! Indian Railways has upgraded the Sabari Express into a Superfast train, effective from today. With this change, passengers can save up to 2 hours of travel time.

Along with the speed upgrade, the train number has been changed from 17229/30 to 20629/30. The departure and arrival timings have also been revised for both directions.

Secunderabad to Thiruvananthapuram:

• New timing – Departs daily at 2:00 PM from Secunderabad and reaches Thiruvananthapuram at 6:25 PM the next day.
• Previous timing – Departed at 12:20 PM, arriving at 6:05 PM the following day.

Thiruvananthapuram to Secunderabad:

• Departure remains the same at 6:45 AM.
• New arrival – 11:00 AM at Secunderabad.
• Previous arrival – 12:45 PM.

Railway officials said these changes will ensure faster and more comfortable travel for passengers.
