Nagarjuna Clarifies Comments on 'Kubera' Movie

Actor Nagarjuna gave a clarification during the Kubera movie success meet held in Hyderabad. He explained that some people misunderstood the comments he made earlier about the film.

Nagarjuna said that when director Sekhar Kammula narrated the story, he clearly mentioned that the other characters revolve around Deepak’s role. That’s why, during the press meet, Nagarjuna said it was "his movie" (referring to Deepak's character). However, some people misinterpreted it and even shared memes saying he called it his movie instead of Sekhar Kammula's film.

Nagarjuna clarified that Kubera is mainly the story of Deva (Dhanush), Deepak (his role), and Sameera (Rashmika Mandanna). He added that it's a film that belongs to all the actors who worked in it. Above all, he said, it is completely Sekhar Kammula’s film and praised the director for his unique storytelling.
