Rajasthan’s Manika Vishwakarma Crowned Miss Universe India 2025 in Jaipur
The prestigious Miss Universe India 2025 title has been won by Manika Vishwakarma from Rajasthan. The grand finale was held in Jaipur on Monday night, where the crown was passed on by last year’s winner, Riya Singha. With this victory, Manika will represent India at the 74th Miss Universe competition in Thailand this November.
In the same contest, Tanya Sharma from Uttar Pradesh was declared the first runner-up, while Mehak Dhingra from Haryana and Amishi Kaushik secured the second and third runner-up positions respectively.
A Multi-Talented Winner
Hailing from Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, Manika currently resides in Delhi and is in her final year of Political Science and Economics. She is trained in classical dance, highly skilled in painting, and has represented India at the BIMSTEC Sevocon program organized by the Ministry of External Affairs. She has also been honored by Lalit Kala Akademi and JJ School of Arts.
Beyond arts and academics, Manika is also passionate about social causes. She founded “Neuronova”, an initiative to raise awareness about neurodivergence. Through this platform, she advocates for viewing conditions like ADHD not as flaws, but as unique intellectual strengths.
Manika’s Words After Winning
“My journey started from my hometown Ganganagar and brought me to Delhi, where I prepared for this competition. Confidence and courage are key to success. Every person who supported me has played a role in this achievement. Pageants are not just about beauty; they are a world that shapes personality,” Manika said with gratitude after her win.
