Bala Tripurasundari Darshan Begins on the First Day at Kanakadurga Temple
The grand Sharannavarathri festival has started at Indrakeeladri, Vijayawada. The 11-day celebrations have all arrangements completed. On the first day, devotees will have the opportunity to view Kanakadurga as Bala Tripurasundari, from 8:00 AM to 8:30 AM.
New Arrangements for Devotee Convenience
This year, authorities have installed new ‘frame model’ queue lines to ensure safety. Emergency gates are placed every 50 meters for quick exit. Signboards and red markings make them easily identifiable. The ₹500 special darshan ticket is canceled; only ₹300, ₹100, and free queue options are available.
Enhanced Technology and Services
Headcount cameras, 500 CCTV cameras, special command control centers at model guest houses, and LED screens for devotees have been installed. Twelve laddu prasadam counters are available, with special counters for senior citizens and differently-abled devotees.
Security and New Foot Over Bridge
A new foot over bridge at the Ratha Center has been constructed for easier movement of devotees. For festival security, 6,000 police personnel, 500 from the Endowments Department, and 1,400 sanitation workers are deployed in three shifts. All measures have been taken to ensure a smooth and peaceful darshan experience.
