Several senior officers of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) have received promotions. The state government has issued orders promoting six Regional Managers (RMs) as Executive Directors (EDs).

These officers were already serving as in-charge EDs and have now been confirmed in their roles. The promoted officials include G. Vijaya Ratnam (Vijayawada Zone), G.V. Ravi Varma (Administration), T. Chengal Reddy (Engineering), P. Chandrasekhar (Kadapa Zone), A. Appalaraju (Operations), and G. Nagendra Prasad (Nellore Zone).

Additionally, 15 senior-scale officers have been promoted to the special-scale (RM) cadre. The government expects these promotions to further strengthen the corporation’s key administrative divisions.
