AP Mega DSC 2025: Applicants Facing Issues in Application Process
The Andhra Pradesh government recently released the Mega DSC 2025 notification to fill around 16,347 teacher posts in government schools. Since the start of the application process, many candidates are facing technical problems. One major issue was uploading certificates. Minister Lokesh responded to this and said that uploading certificates is optional, which brought temporary relief to applicants.
No Edit Option for Key Details Worries Applicants
Another major concern is that candidates cannot edit important details like their date of birth or Aadhaar number once submitted. Even after several complaints, officials have not responded properly. While the education department allowed editing of name and address, it did not allow changes to date of birth or Aadhaar. Because of this, many applicants are worried about their mistakes and are demanding an edit option to correct the errors.
B.Sc Computers Students Demand Eligibility in Physics Teacher Posts
Candidates are also requesting changes in eligibility rules. CPI State Secretary Ramakrishna wrote a letter to CM Chandrababu asking for B.Sc Computers students to be considered eligible for Physics teacher posts in DSC. He also requested that the age limit be increased to 47 years. As per current rules, only those with Intermediate MPC and B.Ed in relevant methodology are eligible. However, BCA students, who don’t study both Physics and Chemistry, are being allowed. B.Sc Computers students study Physics but not Chemistry, so they are questioning the bias in eligibility rules and requesting fair opportunity for Computer Science graduates too.
