TS SSC Recounting & Reverification 2025: Got Low Marks in 10th Class? Here’s How to Apply for Recounting and Reverification

For students unsatisfied with their marks, the Telangana Education Department has opened applications for Recounting, Reverification, and the Advanced Supplementary Exams.

Step-by-Step Guide for Recounting & Reverification

Step 1: Get the Application Form

  • Visit the official Telangana Board website: bse.telangana.gov.in
  • Or, collect the form directly from your school.

 Step 2: Attach the Following Documents

  • A photocopy of your SSC Hall Ticket
  • A copy of your Marks Memo (Provisional)
  • One self-addressed envelope (12 x 9½ inches)
  • One envelope (10 x 4½ inches) with your Headmaster’s address

 Step 3: Fill the Application Form Carefully

  • Enter your Name, Roll Number, Subject Codes, and other required details
  • Verify all the details before submission

Step 4: Pay the Required Fee

  • Recounting Fee: ₹500 per subject
  • Reverification Fee (with scanned copy of answer script): ₹1,000 per subject
  • Pay the fee as instructed by your school or through the BSE Telangana portal

Step 5: Submit the Form

  • Submit the completed form and fee to your school
  • Note: No online or postal submission is allowed

  • Application Start Date: April 30, 2025
  • Last Date to Apply: May 15, 2025

  • Recounting involves checking for totaling errors in marks
  • Reverification includes re-evaluation and providing a scanned copy of the answer sheet

 Important Notes

  • Apply only once per subject
  • No group applications allowed
  • Fee is non-refundable
  • If marks are reduced after rechecking, you must return your old marks memo to receive the revised one
  • Retaining both memos may create verification issues in the future
