Oh Bhama Ayyo Rama is a romantic comedy starring Suhas and Malavika Manoj. The movie tells the story of Ram, a man who grows up with emotional pain after losing his mother. One day, he helps a drunk girl, Satyabhama, reach her home safely. She falls in love with him, and the story takes turns involving their relationship, Ram’s past, and family drama.

The first half of the movie moves slowly, but the interval scene builds some curiosity. The second half has emotional and romantic scenes that feel fresh, but the overall screenplay is weak. Some unnecessary twists confuse the story. Suhas plays a calm character, while Malavika’s energetic role is one of the movie's highlights.

Technically, the music by Radhan and cinematography by Manikandan are decent. Ali and Anita appear in key supporting roles. However, the film feels repetitive and doesn’t offer anything new. Despite some emotional moments and Malavika’s strong performance, the film falls short as a complete entertainer.
