Mega157 Mussoorie Schedule Wrapped Up – Chiranjeevi and Team Gear Up for Sankranti 2026 Release

The team of #Mega157, a fun-filled commercial entertainer starring Megastar Chiranjeevi, has successfully wrapped up its second shooting schedule in the scenic hill station of Mussoorie. Directed by Anil Ravipudi, the film is creating huge buzz among fans and film circles alike.

Gold Box Entertainments, one of the film’s production houses, shared the update on X (formerly Twitter):
"Making memories and magic together on sets. Team #Mega157 completes the exciting second schedule in Mussoorie filled with high-energy scenes and explosive performance by Megastar Chiranjeevi. It’s going to be a blast on the screens."
They also confirmed that the film is aiming for a Sankranti 2026 release.

Director Anil Ravipudi said, “Mussoorie schedule done. It’s going to be super fun this Sankranti 2026 with #Mega157. All charged up to begin the next schedule soon.” The 10-day schedule included crucial scenes featuring Chiranjeevi, Nayanthara, VTV Ganesh, and others.

The film is jointly produced by Sahu Garapati and Sushmita Konidela under Shine Screens and Gold Box Entertainments. With Nayanthara teaming up with Chiranjeevi again after Sye Raa and Godfather, expectations are sky-high. Sources say Chiranjeevi’s comic timing in this film is sure to remind audiences of his iconic 90s and 2000s performances.

The film’s music is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, cinematography by Sameer Reddy, editing by Tammiraju, and art direction by A.S. Prakash. The story has been co-written by S Krishna and G Adi Narayana. The film is expected to be a grand visual treat and will hit theatres for Sankranti 2026.
